Progressively during the past three years and using only excellent local contractors we refurbished Unit 1202 to a very high standard, in keeping with the beautiful features of this part of Canberra.
Having decided to sell the unit, we then set out to find a real estate agent who thought as much of our unit as we did. We short listed a number of reputable agents from the local area and invited them to explain how they considered the property should be marketed in this Covid 19 era, provide an estimate of the achievable price that we could expect and we encouraged advice on any other pertinent issues relative to achieving an acceptable sale.
We selected Maria Selleck Properties largely because of the enthusiasm that was evident from the moment that Maria walked into and through the apartment. Without us having committed to her in any way, she covered all of the questions that we used in our selection criteria very well but went further in providing my wife and I with suggestions on presentation for when we display the unit.
