I have known Maria Selleck for approximately 15 years, both as a buyer and seller during that time. As a keen follower and investor in property both in Canberra and interstate, I am quite aware of the quality and capability of what differentiates one real estate agent from another. The Canberra market is quite different to the bigger cities in Australia and quite dependent on other factors such as election cycles, etc., so selecting the right agent to sell your property becomes an “investment in your investment”.
