To whom it may concern, I have attempted to draft a testimony for Maria multiple times, but struggled to properly describe her brilliance in each of my previous attempt. Words cannot describe Maria’s exceptional taste in setting up a house to its full potential, or her uncanny sixth sense in cultivating and negotiating the highest price for the vendor. More still, all of this done with minimal fuss! Looking back at our extremely positive experience, selling a house at the price we achieved should not be this easy, at least not for the vendor. Below are several key advantages of having Maria as your agent, and if any of the other agent you shopping for does not tick all of the boxes below (I doubt any would be even close), go with Maria!
- Identify simple and cost effective work to improve your property.
- Project manage these work at the shortest time possible to put your property on the market.
- Organise other necessary sundry tasks (e.g. cleaning, styling, inspection report) and ensure they are done properly.
- Amazing photographs that accentuates the best of the property.
- Willing to invest the time needed to get you the best result, by this I mean someone who is experienced and ready to run a tender.
After meeting Maria for the first time, I thought her fee was on the high side but I was prepared to pay for quality. However, I was gob smacked to learn from friends later on they were paying a lot more for sub-standard service from other agents (i.e. no registered bidder on auction day). So do a bit of research, and you will realise Maria’s fee is really competitive.
