We had bought a new house just before Christmas, and needed to look for an agent to sell our existing home early in the New year. We had real difficulties getting real estate agents to respond to our queries in January. The only agent that promptly came back to us was Maria. Maria came up with a 3 week marketing campaign in print and online. She also made suggestions about exhibiting on other days rather just Saturdays, including on Sunday's to maximise exposure. During the sale process Maria kept us 100% informed of how many enquiries she had received - emails, phone calls, contracts sent out, and the numbers of people who inspected.It all worked! After only 10 days and three open house exhibitions Maria sold our house. She sold it for an amount that was well beyond our expectations.
