Anyone who has bought and/or sold property is only too well aware of the many associated anxieties. We sold our property recently in Hawker and were no exception to the anxiety-ridden experience until we engaged the services of Maria Selleck of Marla Selleck Properties. Our situation was complicated by the sudden illness and death of my father during the period of marketing and subsequent sale.
We initially engaged the services of another real estate agent to whom we gave an exclusive agency agreement. We terminated this agreement due to extremely unsatisfactory service. We then engaged Maria to sell our home. It was an absolute joy working with Maria and her husband Gordon. Such was Maria's outstandingly professional, friendly, proactive and determined approach and intimate knowledge of the market that she sold our home before "open house" was to be scheduled, moreover, for an excellent price in an already depressed market. Maria gave us sound advice in how to present our home including the garden, organised extra (pieces) for presentation and essentially tool (care of everything without fuss or fanfare enabling us to continue with our busy and demanding lives. She achieved such an excellent result for us at a very difficult time in our lives and also found time to provide support.
Maria and Gordon provided an exceptionally excellent service, a service that I describe as unique. I unhesitatingly recommend them and I look forward to working with them again.
